I found a Event-Timer for HoT. Here is the link.

if you go with the mouse pointer on the location shown under the name of the Boss, you can see a code. Simply click on it and it will be copied to the clipboard. Go ingame to your chat party, say or whoever you are grouped with, take your mousepointer and paste the copied code in there. After you hit enter the code will be translated into the waypoint you need to go. If you now click on it, it will teleport you to the location. Everybody in the chat will see it and will be able to use it. Voilà.
There is even another one. See wich one fits you best.
